Question: How much water do you need to drink?
Answer: A min of 50% of your body weight in oz. If you weigh 160lbs, you require a minimum of 80oz or 10 cups of water.
Fill a 20oz bottle 4 times in a day! Start the day hydrated, front load your water intake, meaning drink more in the morning. Try having 2 glasses of water within 10 min of waking.
